Barre Workout Class
Workout from head to (pointed) toe using ballet moves at the barre and on the floor! This class is choreographed to high-energy music with no impact movements (meaning no jumping, punching, or kicking). Build muscle and flexibility, improve your posture, tone the body, and reduce stress during this hour long class. Just bring a sweat towel and a water bottle. Mats are provided, and weights are optional.
This class is an open class and needs no prior enrollment. Just drop in!
